My sleep cycle was horribly disrupted

Sleeping at like 4am and then sleeping and napping all day

I saw a doctor a couple of days back and he’s prescribed Xanax to help me sleep every night at 10pm. For the last two nights, I’ve been sleeping at 10pm

Sleep hygiene is very important. You should feel sleepy 🥱 and drowsy every night at the same time and hit the sack 🛌 as soon as you start yawning

Good sleep is a habit!
