I follow Nostr elites like Derek Ross PABLOF7z and Vitor Pamplona to keep up with what's happening with Nostr
I follow a few accounts like Minibits and ZEUS to keep up with stuff in lightning and wallets
I follow friends like Sergio and Bearetta 🇨🇿
Then I follow memers like corndalorian and other fun folks like Noshole
I don't want everyone on the same feed
Definitely need lists and an algorithm
