Yesterday, I was immensely relieved to discover this amazing solution called Conditional Power of Attorney. If something happens to me, control of my finances and estate will pass on to a close friend.

Now I can plan to retire in a retirement home and am confident that my money will always be well managed. I am 40+ so still have some time to go, but at least, the planning is in place!
